About
my company

With over 35 years of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, grief, and loss, I offer a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight. My extensive work spans substance misuse, mental health recovery, and social inclusion, engaging with diverse communities including the homeless, ex-offenders, asylum seekers, and refugees. Holding a master’s degree in Mental Health Recovery and Social Inclusion, alongside training as a Cruse volunteer, I integrate a wide range of knowledge and compassion into every session.

I am also deeply committed to supporting those grieving the loss of a beloved pet. As a lifelong cat owner and volunteer for a local cat charity, I understand the profound bond between humans and their animal companions. My pet loss services provide compassionate, understanding support tailored to help you navigate your grief journey with care and sensitivity.

As a qualified spiritual counsellor and certified pet loss counsellor, I am dedicated to helping you find peace and healing during difficult times, guiding you towards a fulfilling life beyond loss.
